Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ad Spend Management: Oversee and manage daily ad spending on all platforms, ensuring budget efficiency and campaign effectiveness.
  • Strategy and Direction: Develop and implement comprehensive digital advertising strategies that align with the company's goals and audience engagement objectives.
  • Platform Expertise: Utilize deep knowledge of Meta Business Suite and Google Ads for campaign management, along with proficiency on platforms like Pinterest.
  • Audience Segmentation: Conduct detailed audience research (incl. company’s data) and segmentation to tailor campaigns effectively, maximizing reach and relevance.
  • A/B Testing: Execute and yze A/B tests for different ad angles and creative strategies, pivoting based on performance data to enhance outcomes.
  • ytics and Reporting: Leverage ytics tools to monitor, ess, and report on campaign performance with a focus on optimizing cost per click and improving ROI.
  • Understanding Consumer Behavior: Apply insights into consumer behavior to refine advertising approaches, particularly within the gifting and food space.

What Success Looks Like:

  • Cost Efficiency: You have successfully optimized ad spending to achieve lower cost per click and CPA while maintaining or enhancing campaign quality and effectiveness.
  • Strategic Impact: Your advertising strategies have significantly contributed to the brand's market presence and customer acquisition goals.
  • Data-Driven Optimization: Through meticulous ysis and adjustments, you have consistently enhanced the performance of digital ad campaigns, demonstrating a strong return on investment.

Required Ss and Qualifications:

  • Proven Experience in Paid Media: Extensive experience managing large advertising budgets, specifically on Meta, Google, and Pinterest platforms, with a proven track record of success.
  • Direct-to-Consumer Marketing: Strong background in direct-to-consumer marketing.
  • ytical Ss: Strong capability to utilize ytics tools to track performance and make data-driven decisions.
  • Consumer Insights: Deep understanding of consumer behavior.
  • Educational Background: Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field is advantageous.
