Job Description



Job Summary:
We are looking for a detailoriented Document Controller to manage the companys documents and ensure they are stored and organized efficiently. The Document Controller will be responsible for maintaining accurate records overseeing document retrieval and implementing document control procedures.

Job Responsibility:
  • Manage and control all documents both electronic and hard copy ensuring they are stored securely and can be easily accessed when needed.
  • Develop and maintain document control processes and policies to ensure documents are accurately filed and versioned.
  • Coordinate with various departments to collect organize and distribute documents as needed.
  • Monitor document changes and revisions and ensure they are updated in the system.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations by providing necessary documents and information.
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with document control procedures and industry regulations.

Candidate Requirements:
  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration Information Management or related field.
  • Proven experience working as a Document Controller or in a similar role.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in document management software and MS Office applications.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with different departments and teams.
  • Familiarity with document control processes and industry standards.
