Key Responsibilities:
- Work together with Sales Finance Operations & other teams.
- Organizing legal document of the group company.
- Draft review and manage procurement contracts.
- Ensure legal compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Maintain organized records of legal documents.
- Identify and mitigate legal risks in procurement activities.
- Demonstrated ability to understand and stay informed about relevant legal regulations ensuring comprehensive compliance in all aspects of procurement activities.
Qualifications:
- At least a diploma/bachelor/equivalent graduate or currently on the last semester.
- Able to operate computer and Microsoft Excel
- Have a strong desire to learn and initiative at work
- Able to communicate with people at all levels with an independent proactive positive hardworking and driven with a cando attitude.
- Fluent in English (verbal & written).
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
