Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide one-on-one support to students with special needs in a clroom setting.
- Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and parents to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs).
- ist in the development of social, communication, and academic ss.
- Monitor and doent student progress and adjust strategies as needed.
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Provide support during transitions and throughout the school day to ensure the student’s safety and well-being.
Qualifications:
- Fluent in English and Arabic (both written and spoken).
- Minimum BA in Speech and Language Therapy, Occupational Therapy, or Special Education.
- Previous experience working with children with special needs is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of various special education strategies and techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal ss.
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine pion for working with children.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
