Job Description
**Work closely with the student to provide individualized support in **the classroom.
**Assist in the implementation of the student's Individualized Education Plan (IEP).
**Collaborate with classroom teachers to adapt lessons and materials.
**Support the student in developing social skills and positive behaviors.
**Monitor and report on the student’s progress and challenges.
**Foster a safe and inclusive learning environment.
**Communicate regularly with parents, teachers, and other professionals involved in the student’s education.
