Job Description

We are looking for a Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) to lead our HR department.

CHRO responsibilities include designing and evaluating career paths overseeing all HR functions and crafting strategies that meet our business goals. If you think youre able to help us transform our organization into a modern productive and inclusive workspace wed like to meet you.

Responsibilities:

  1. Lead the HR function and oversee all aspects of human resources management.
  2. Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the companys goals and objectives.
  3. Lead mentor and develop a highperforming HR team fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.
  4. Establish and maintain HR policies procedures and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure compliance with regulations and best practices.
  5. Design and implement training and development programs to enhance employee skills and competencies.
  6. Drive employee engagement initiatives to promote a positive work culture and enhance employee satisfaction and retention.
  7. Lead performance management processes including goal setting performance reviews and career development planning.
  8. Implement HRMS (Human Resource Management System) solutions to streamline HR processes and enhance datadriven decisionmaking.
  9. Oversee recruitment and talent acquisition strategies to attract and retain top talent ensuring a diverse and inclusive workforce.
  10. Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to support organizational initiatives and drive business results.
  11. Provide strategic HR guidance to senior leadership and contribute to overall business strategy development.
  12. Monitor HR metrics and analytics to assess the effectiveness of HR programs and initiatives making datadriven recommendations for continuous improvement.
  13. Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in HR management and incorporate them into the companys HR strategies and practices.

Requirements and skills

  • Work experience as a Chief HR Officer VP of HR or similar role
  • Experience in strategic planning
  • Indepth knowledge of all HR functions
  • Handson experience with HR software (HRIS ATS)
  • Good understanding of labor legislation
  • Excellent leadership abilities
  • Communication and problemsolving skills
  • BSc/MSc in Human Resources Management Organizational Psychology or relevant field
  • Certification like PHR and SPHR is a plus
