Join Vaarst as a Product Manager where you will play a pivotal role in shaping internal products that streamline our operations and enhance business value. Reporting to the Head of Product you will take a holistic view of the lifecycle of your products and impact on other product team goals. Your role will support delivery teams act as the voice of the customer and prioritize product functionality.

Objectives & Responsibilities:
Vaarst is an exciting and dynamic environment meaning these are likely to change as we grow upon joining your objectives and responsibilities will include:
- Own the lifecycle of internal products ensuring they solve business problems and add value.
- Deeply understand customer and user needs using data and analytics to inform product decisions.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including data analysts data engineers and software engineers.
- Maintain and prioritize product roadmaps and backlogs.
- Act as the voice of the customer within delivery teams.
- Support delivery teams by prioritizing required product functionality.
- Conduct advanced analyses of product and user behaviour to measure the impact of feature releases and identify highimpact opportunities.

- Proven experience as a Product Manager particularly with data products.
- Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills with a datadriven mindset.

- A proven track record of successfully launching and delivering complex technical products.
- A passion for continuous product discovery.
- The ability to conduct advanced analyses of product and user behaviour.
- Experience in translating technical requirements into actionable plans.
