Job Description
- Lead an interdisciplinary and intercultural team of Doentation Controllers / istants
- Ensure the proper application of common coding systems to all doentation and correspondence.
- Configure, administrate, and maintain the EDMS.
- Provide training and user support on the EDMS.
- Implement and maintain all measures necessary for security (Access control and user rights, integrity of doents, recovery of doents, storage, and archiving of doents in paper and electronic form)
- Elish and maintain relevant procedures by the contract/customer/consultant / onshore and offshore project team (templates, review and release procedures, submission procedures, translation procedures, EDMS coding system) and ensure that these procedures will be followed and applied.
