Job Title: Marketing Coordinator

Location: Dublin OH

Job Summary: The Marketing Coordinator will support the marketing department in executing various marketing campaigns and initiatives. This role is perfect for a recent graduate or someone early in their marketing career who is eager to learn and grow in a fastpaced environment. The successful candidate will assist with content creation social media management market research and event planning.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies and campaigns.
  • Create engaging content for social media platforms blogs newsletters and other marketing materials.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and insights that inform marketing strategies.
  • Support the planning and execution of events trade shows and webinars.
  • Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing marketing collateral.
  • Maintain and update the company’s website and social media profiles.
  • Assist in managing and organizing marketing databases and customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
  • Coordinate with external vendors and partners as needed.
  • Perform other administrative tasks to support the marketing team.

Qualifications:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with social media platforms (Facebook Twitter LinkedIn Instagram) and social media management tools.
  • Creative thinking and problemsolving abilities.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt to new marketing trends and technologies.
