Are you a dynamic BIM Coordinator with a passion for Design Technology Looking for an opportunity to lead projectspecific BIM & Design Technology Implementation with a focus on digital integration and collaboration This awardwinning design studio in Central London is searching for a talented BIM Coordinator to join their innovative team.

This design studio with seven global offices specializes in master planning architecture and interiors using 'creative commerciality' to solve problems and unlock potential.
In this role you'll work on a variety of exciting UK and international projects demonstrating your expertise with industrytrusted BIM & Design Technology platforms and project delivery methods. You will manage project technology development compliance and strategy working closely with the Head of Technology on regionwide implementations. Your role will also include setting up regular touch points with design teams providing proactive support and mentorship and running software training sessions.
You should have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Building Science Architecture or Design Technology and Computation along with 35 years of relevant BIM experience on complex largescale projects. A solid understanding of the BIM process advanced knowledge in Revit & Rhino and experience with Dynamo Grasshopper and BIM 360 are essential. Your ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and your strong communication skills will be crucial in this role.
Key responsibilities include organizing and attending project BIM workshops managing BIM models and compliance supporting design technology assets and providing proactive support for technology issues and best practice modeling queries. You'll also be involved in project setup workshops training library management and looking for efficiency addons for projects.
