The ideal candidate will be warm nurturing playful genuine and eager to join the family. They are not looking for someone pushy. Responsibilities include changing diapers feeding helping the child achieve physical and mental milestones and managing the child s laundry. The family values creativity and prefers a nanny who can take a Montessori approach to learning. Additional duties include bottle washing stocking the diaper station notifying when supplies are running low meal prep (a mix of solids and mash) light housekeeping (tidying up the kitchen unloading the dishwasher keeping floors clean) and cooking for the child. Both parents work from home so the nanny must be comfortable with this arrangement.
