Substiute Teacher Long-Term

About the Role:

As a longterm substitute teacher you will play a crucial role in maintaining a stable and enriching learning environment for our students. You will typically cover the same classroom for 14 consecutive days or more providing consistency and support to both students and staff. Your dedication and expertise will ensure that students continue to receive a highquality education during the absence of the regular classroom teacher.

Qualifications:

Must be willing to work 14 consecutive classroom days or more
Must have at least 60 college credits
Must be fingerprinted and background checked
Must maintain a professional demeanor at all times
Must be willing to work with children

Responsibilities:

Cover classrooms when the permanent teacher is unavailable
Interpret lesson plans left by the permanent teacher
Manage classrooms from bell to bell
Support other classrooms as needed
