Responsibilities
- Provide support for strategic engagements market research analysis and priority projects delivering highquality and insightful outputs to senior leaders.
- Help develop processes models and tools to inform GPS leaders and support overall growth.
- Conduct independent research and data collection to build market knowledge and understand trends and changes affecting the practice.
- Build connections across the practice continuously bringing new insights and perspectives into analysis efforts.
- Actively work to enhance market knowledge and utilize tools and resources.
Requirements
- Bachelor s or master s degree in Business Economics Finance or a related technical field.
- 13 years of experience in market research and analysis competitive intelligence or similar strategic roles.
- Understanding of the clients GPS practice sectors offerings and market dynamics.
- Experience with market research tools and methodologies.
- Familiarity with financial and operational metrics/KPIs used by professional services firms.
- Proficiency in MS Office including advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong analytical project management and organizational skills.
- Excellent analytical abilities including data analysis issue identification and resolution tracking.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with a team in a dynamic crossfunctional environment.
- Detailoriented with the ability to plan prioritize and make decisions on multiple timesensitive projects.
- Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.
