Deposit Mobilization Officer

Location

Onsite various locations in Lagos State Nigeria.

A leading investment and lending company is looking for energetic and driven individuals to join a fastgrowing team as Deposit Mobilization Officers. Your main job will be to onboard new customers and pitch lending and savings to retail businesses.

Candidates located in the following areas will be prioritized:

Yaba Ikeja Mile 12/Ketu Ikorodu Sango Ile Epo Ikotun Ipaja Ajah Alaba and Okoafo/Agbara.

About the Role

As a key player in our team youll focus on growing our customer base and increasing our market presence. Heres what youll do:

• Create and execute plans to meet revenue goals and grow our market share.
  

• Find new customers through research and networking turning potential leads into loyal clients.
  

• Build and nurture strong connections with both new and existing customers understanding their needs and offering personalized solutions.
  

• Present our lending and savings products to retail businesses making compelling proposals negotiating terms and closing deals.
  

• Keep an eye on market trends competitor activities and customer feedback to spot opportunities for improvement and growth.
  

• Provide accurate information and updates to management to keep everyone informed.
  

• Address customer concerns or questions with care and professionalism.
  

About You

• Minimum academic qualification of HND/BSc/BA in any discipline. Business Administration Marketing or a related field preferred
  

• You are a good communicator and can build rapport and trust with customers.
  

• You are excellent in negotiation and persuasion with a focus on achieving winwin outcomes.
  

• You are selfmotivated and goaloriented with a passion for driving results and exceeding targets.
  

• You are willing to frequently meet with customers and attend events.
