Requirements

About the Role

• Identify potential businesses and clients looking to invest through market research and networking.
  

• Develop and implement marketing campaigns to promote deposit products.
  

• Prepare regular reports for senior management on deposit growth client feedback and market conditions.
  

• Work closely with other departments such as marketing operations and customer service to ensure a seamless client experience.
  

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with clients and colleagues.
  

• Engage in continuous professional development to keep abreast of industry trends and best practices.
  

About You

• You have 23 years of experience in Sales.
  

• You hold at least an Ordinary National Diploma in Business Administration Marketing or a related field.
  

• You have a proven track record of success in sales preferably in the lending and savings industry.
  

• You have strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with customers.
  

• You are excellent at negotiation and persuasion with a focus on achieving winwin outcomes.
  

• You are able to work independently and as part of a team collaborating effectively with colleagues across departments.
  

• You are selfmotivated and goaloriented with a passion for driving results and exceeding targets.
  

• You are willing to frequently meet with customers and attend events.
