About the Role
Identify potential businesses and clients looking to invest through market research and networking.
Develop and implement marketing campaigns to promote deposit products.
Prepare regular reports for senior management on deposit growth client feedback and market conditions.
Work closely with other departments such as marketing operations and customer service to ensure a seamless client experience.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with clients and colleagues.
Engage in continuous professional development to keep abreast of industry trends and best practices.
You have 23 years of experience in Sales.
You hold at least an Ordinary National Diploma in Business Administration Marketing or a related field.
You have a proven track record of success in sales preferably in the lending and savings industry.
You have strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with customers.
You are excellent at negotiation and persuasion with a focus on achieving winwin outcomes.
You are able to work independently and as part of a team collaborating effectively with colleagues across departments.
You are selfmotivated and goaloriented with a passion for driving results and exceeding targets.
You are willing to frequently meet with customers and attend events.
