Job Description

  • We are looking for a dynamic and resultsdriven Business Development Executive to join our team.
  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities building and maintaining client relationships and driving the growth of our company s revenue.



Requirements

  • Market Research:

    • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and market trends.
    • Analyze competitive landscape and industry developments.
  • Lead Generation:

    • Identify and generate leads through various channels such as networking cold calling and industry events.
    • Develop and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients.
  • Client Relationship Management:

    • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
    • Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Sales Strategy and Execution:

    • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business targets.
    • Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals to potential clients.
  • Negotiation and Closing:

    • Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to ensure mutual satisfaction.
    • Close deals and ensure smooth transition to account management teams.
  • Collaboration:

    • Work closely with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
    • Collaborate with product development teams to ensure offerings meet client needs.
  • Reporting and Analysis:

    • Track and report on sales performance metrics.
    • Provide regular updates to management on business development activities and results.
