Job Description

We are seeking a proactive determined and detailoriented individual to join Xogar Games as a Founders Office Executive. As Founders Office Executive you will be expected to do whatever approach it takes to help the team in some of the key business areas and assist founders with all possible tasks involved. This role involves frequent business travel within or outside the country which requires flexibility and adaptability. You may be required to travel on short notice it is necessary to adjust your plans and manage your time effectively to accommodate business needs and client meetings.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist the founders to ensure all daytoday objectives are achieved by managing calendars scheduling appointments and organizing meetings.
  • Conduct research on current gaming industry trends competitors and potential clients to support strategic decisionmaking.
  • Draft and proofread correspondence presentations and other documents as required.
  • Assist in preparing for meetings including compiling agendas and briefing materials.
  • Maintain and organize legal documents client files and other confidential information.
  • Assist with special projects and initiatives as assigned by the founders which may include market analysis process improvement or client outreach initiatives.
  • Act as a liaison between the founders and internal teams partners and external stakeholders.
  • Assist in coordinating with the tech product and marketing teams to build and launch new products build strategic partnerships and market research. Basically establish and track progress across multiple projects (Objectives and Key Results etc..) and work with stakeholders across functions.
  • Provide general administrative support to ensure smooth operations within the founders office.
  • Plan and organize events as and when needed.
  • Work closely with various teams within the organization including marketing product development and finance to gather input and align research efforts.

SKILLS REQUIRED:
Previous internship experience preferably in earlystage or seedstage startups with strong documentation skills and keen attention to detail

Effectively accomplishing tasks in a dynamic work environment
Adapt quickly to thrive in a rapidly changing startup environment while maintaining organization and attention to detail to ensure nothing is overlooked.
