Development Executive Opening

Chit is the first financial product of the Naptico Chit Fund Group We endeavor to offer complimentary Chit Services to meet the unique financing requirements of our customers both on the Savings & Borrowing front.

Tasks

• Sell the products/services using various customer sales methods (Foot on street cold calling presentations etc)
• Forecast sales develop out of the box sales strategies/models and evaluate their effectiveness.
• Evaluate customers skills needs and build longlasting relationships.
• Meet personal and team sales targets.
• Research accounts and generate or follow through sales leads
• Attend meetings sales events and trainings to keep abreast of the latest developments
• Report and provide feedback to management using financial statistical data
• Maintain and expand client database.
• Enter the activity/communication details in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) or report to the team.

Requirements

• 16 years quota carrying sales experience
• Education: Any Graduate.
• Experience: Proven track record in sales or customer service roles preferably in the financial or banking sector.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and local language.
• Negotiation Skills: Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities to close deals effectively.
• GoalOriented: Selfmotivated with a resultsdriven approach to achieve sales targets.
