Job Description
- Collect and investigate technical data from subject matter experts, pertinent external sources, and internal contacts
- Arrange and structure technical content for end-user consumption ensuring lucidity, effortless reading, and accessibility for the target audience
- Compose and revise various types of technical doentation such as user manuals, user doentation, tutorials, user guides, specifications, and instruction manuals
- Cooperate with cross-functional teams to collect necessary information and better comprehend complex information
- Review and amend doentation for precision, consistency, and adherence to style guidelines
