Job Description
- Manage a comprehensive range of HR functions including recruitment, business partnering, compensation & benefits, payroll and learning & development
- Develop a country program HR strategy that aligns with the organisation's regional and global aims
- Ensure all HR procedures comply with labour laws and regulations
- Collaborate closely with function managers to identify talent and translate business strategies into talent strategies for business development
- Provide professional advice and support to senior management for resolving all HR related issues
- Execute annual manpower budget and staff cost budget control
