Job Requirements:

Typically monitor and manage RBI IT Infrastructure at RBI locations and central site.

Resolving escalated IT Infrastructure related problems in coordination with Central team.

Monitor alerts from Network Devices.

Receive alerts identify a fault assign severity local problem cause and follow troubleshooting procedures.

Fault management with service providers: fault registration trouble ticket initiation follow up problems till resolution and escalation based on timelines and responses.

Trained to perform basic troubleshooting for IT Infrastructure issues.
