Job Description

Job Summary:
As a Associate Manager in the Banking Financial Services and Insurance (BFSI) Consulting domain you will be responsible for a 360degree role that is not limited to leading a team of consultants in providing strategic advice and solutions to BFSI clients.
This role requires a deep understanding of the sales acumen excellent consulting skills and the ability to lead and inspire a team to deliver highquality services. The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical problemsolving and client management skills.

Responsibilities:
  • Leadership Skills: Lead and manage a team of 6 to 7 BFSI consultants ensuring high performance and client satisfaction. Provide strategic guidance and uphold professionalism through adherence to SOPs KRAs and KPIs. Foster the growth and development of team members.
  • P&L Management: Close deals and drive revenue generation for the team and oneself. Be accountable for achieving monthly/quarterly revenue targets.
  • Client Engagement Skills: Acquire cultivate and maintain robust relationships with BFSI clients. Understand client needs and collaborate on tailored solutions.
  • Project Management Skills: Oversee the planning execution and delivery of consulting projects within the BFSI sector. Ensure projects are completed in a timely manner within scope and exceed client expectations. Conduct market analysis to identify growth opportunities and optimize costs ensuring maximum value for clients.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional English communication skills mastery in negotiation and a calm presence of mind during complex scenarios.


Requirements

Candidate must have:
  • MBA/PGDM in Marketing or Finance.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi including strong presentation skills.
  • Overall experience of 10 years with a minimum of 5 years in Sales P&L or Revenue generation roles.
  • Minimum 3 years of team handling experience with a current team size of at least 10 team members.
  • Good knowledge of the BFSI segment is an added advantage.
  • Open to visiting clients on a weekly or monthly basis in person as per business requirements.
