Key Responsibilities:
1. Student Support and Engagement:
- Serve as the primary contact for students addressing queries and concerns promptly.
- Develop strong relationships to foster a supportive learning environment.
- Monitor progress and provide personalized guidance to help students achieve academic goals.
2. Program Management:
- Oversee implementation and delivery of educational programs and services.
- Collaborate with the curriculum team to ensure learning materials meet student needs.
- Organize workshops webinars and engagement activities.
3. Performance Tracking and Reporting:
- Track student performance and engagement metrics to identify improvement areas.
- Prepare reports on student success metrics and provide actionable insights.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve retention and satisfaction based on data.
4. Resource Development:
- Create and curate resources guides and tools to assist students.
- Collaborate with marketing to develop materials highlighting student success and promoting engagement.
5. Collaboration and Communication:
- Work with internal teams to enhance the student experience.
- Communicate regularly with students via email social media and inperson meetings.
Requirements
- Bachelor s degree in education psychology or a related field (Master s preferred)
- Experience in student support advising counselling or related roles in education
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with diverse groups
- Knowledge of academic advising principles and student development theory
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and student information systems
