Architect or Lear Architect

618 years of experience in managing Industrial Pharmaceutical cGMP & FMCG Projects and Datacenter projects.
Additional experience in interior design and landscape architecture would be preferred.
Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit. Knowledge of Photoshop 3D Max or Google Sketchup would be beneficial.
Experience in Architectural Department of an Engineering consultancy organization specializing in Process Plant projects in Food or Pharmaceuticals.
Expertise in Site master planning of such projects.
Knowledge in performing basic and detailed engineering work.
Core competency in Architectural designs and experience in working on schematic/statutory/ working drawings and 2D /3D Presentation along with architectural BOQ & specifications.
Knowledge of statutory regulations.
Familiarity with global architectural practices and domain knowledge able to check & review global engineering partners drawings & documents.
Ability to ensure Architectural engineering execution within the budget and on time meeting the quality standards set for the project.
Responsible for coordination with various stakeholders such as clients internal disciplines like projects electrical mechanical architect civil and vendors for effective engineering management.
