Your Day to Day As a Conference and Events Sales Manager, you will develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets for conference and events bookings. Identify and cultivate relationships with corporate clients, event planners, and industry partners to generate leads and secure new business. Collaborate with the events team to create customized event proposals and packages tailored to clients' needs and preferences. Act as the main point of contact for clients throughout the event planning process, ensuring clear communication and exceptional service delivery. What We Need From You Ideally, you'll have some or all of the following competencies and experience we're looking for: • Similar experience in a luxury hotel and/or resort • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred • Strong negotiation and closing skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate the value proposition of our hotel's event offerings • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills What We Offer We’ll reward all your hard work with competitive salary and benefits
