Establish KPIs, create results forecasts, and track performance to ensure marketing plans are delivering expected business outcomes.
Align, implement and lead multi-channel digital marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness, user acquisition, retargeting, retention and user growth with digital team.
Report results, conduct in-depth analysis on campaigns. performance, and provide improvement suggestions daily/weekly/monthly.
Optimize all digital marketing campaigns and ads to reach success metrics.
Manage campaign budgets, timeline, ROI, and data-driven improvements through optimization.
Work closely with the digital marketing team to adapt the marketing plan for best performance as trends change.
Report to and work with the VP to allocate and manage digital marketing spend as required, track costs and success accordingly.
