Position: Recruiter (BPO)
Locations and work model: remote (anywhere in Greece)
Employment type: fixed term 3 months
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and maintain excellent professional relationships with existing clients
- Conduct targeted headhunting to identify and approach suitable candidates even those currently employed
- Leverage the candidate database to pair the right individuals with clients vacancies
- Manage the endtoend application process from reviewing applications to coordinating interviews and creating candidate shortlists
- Provide comprehensive briefings to candidates about job responsibilities salary and benefits
- Prepare resumes and correspondence for submission to clients
- Facilitate interviews for candidates as per client requests
- Communicate interview results to candidates
- Negotiate pay and salary rates finalizing arrangements between clients and candidates
- Offer valuable advice to both clients and candidates on pay rates training opportunities and career progression
- Work diligently to meet and exceed targets related to candidate placements billed client values or generated business leads
REQUIREMENTS:
- Successful experience in recruitment for BPO industry is a must
- Possess excellent communication and customer service skills in C1 English language and additional EU languages (Nordic/Dutch/French/German) would be a huge asset
- Exhibit strong sales persuasion and negotiation skills
- Maintain a confident and positive attitude
- Ability to thrive under pressure and consistently meet targets
- Display strong organizational and administrative skills
