Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve national sales targets.
  • Lead motivate and manage a team of regional sales managers to drive sales performance.
  • Establish productive professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts.
  • Negotiate and close agreements with large customers.
  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics and suggest improvements.
  • Prepare monthly quarterly and annual orders and sales forecasts.
  • Perform research and identify new potential customers and new market opportunities.
  • Provide timely and effective solutions aligned with clients needs.
  • Liaise with Marketing to ensure brand consistency and lead generation. Participate in trade shows if required with support from Marketing.
  • Work with Product development to provide business case(s)and insights for new product requests and developments for product/solution improvements.
  • Work closely with Finance Projects and service team to ensure delivery to customers.
  • Stay uptodate with new product launches and ensure sales team members are on board.
  • Travel as needed to meet with customers and internal team members.
Qualifications:
  • Proven work experience as a Sales Manager preferably in the fuel solutions automation solutions or related industry. SaaS related industry experience a Plus
  • Experience managing a highperformance sales team.
  • An ability to understand and analyze sales performance metrics.
  • Solid customer service attitude with excellent negotiation skills.
  • Strong communication and team management skills.
  • Analytical skills with a problemsolving attitude.
  • Availability to travel as required.
  • Bachelors Degree in Engineering /technology required. Degree in Business Administration a Plus
