Assistant Manager - Growth Marketing Business Excellence Disney Hotstar - Disney

JOB SUMMARY

In this role you will be responsible for the effectiveness of experimentation through road map planning sprint execution and statistical analysis. This role requires a deep understanding of marketing principles strong analytical skills and a proactive problemsolving mindset.

ABOUT THE TEAM

The Business Excellence marketing team is responsible for optimizing automating personalizing and analyzing user behavior of various marketing channels to maximize performance and drive business growth.

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Utilize datadriven insights and analytics to identify areas for improvement craft cohesive experimentation frameworks delineate clear objectives and success metrics and oversee seamless execution and reporting of experiments.
• Conduct A/B and multivariate testing to drive continuous optimization.
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including Product Engineering Analytics Growth and Operations to identify and manage requirements by creating BRDs.
• Perform indepth analysis of marketing campaigns and initiatives identifying trends patterns and opportunities for optimization.
• Create strong groundwork for attribution mechanisms metric definitions and wireframes for the most optimized way to get dashboards and reporting solutions
• Troubleshoot issues and solve problems related to marketing channel performance tracking and implementation.
• Wellarticulated documentation of the initiatives projects and outcomes that is easy for crossborder stakeholder collaboration
• Stay uptodate with industry trends emerging technologies and best practices in marketing automation personalization and optimization.
• Monitor and report on KPIs campaign performance and ROI to ensure objectives are met or exceeded.

SKILLS & ATTRIBUTES FOR SUCCESS

• Proven experience in problemsolving and generating datadriven insights
• Proficiency in marketing automation tools like CleverTap and Growth initiatives
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to analyze data identify trends and make datadriven recommendations. Knowledge of SQL is desirable.
• Problemsolving mindset with the ability to find problem statements and implement effective solutions.
• Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
• Good communication skills both written and verbal with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely.
• Strong attention to detail and a passion for delivering excellence in marketing performance.

PREFERRED EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

• A mature professional of 46 years of experience in campaign management/setup on platforms like CleverTap.
• B.Tech and MBA preferable.
