Job Description
Manage communications and learning tools and channels (e. g., SharePoint, SendGrid, Slido, Teams, Viva Engage, LMS, knowledge management) for the team, including managing access, training and coaching others on use, and building relationships with related teams in the organization.
Measure and report on the effectiveness of communication channels and engagement activities. Make recommendations to evolve and improve participation and engagement.
Coordinate the integrated activities calendar, including monitoring for activities that are at-risk of not being delivered on time or overlapping activities, capturing participation metrics, and reporting on upcoming activities.
