Purpose of the Job:
Support the Regional Sales Manager to drive Vision sales within a specific region for profitable growth as per the assigned targets.
Description of the role:
Will be responsible for managing all the Key and Priority accounts of defined territory.
Responsible for sales collection revenue for assigned customers with a focus on A category customers within territory
Also responsible for activating new customers business and increasing our present share of wallet with existing customers
Will be responsible for distributor handling
Active participation in partnership programs
Supporting BTL activities with key accounts
Strategize in driving business successfully in territory
Should have relevant experience in optical industry or FMCG or FMCD in sales.
Should be having strong business acumen and flexible to travel
Requirements
Essential Knowledge and Skills
The incumbent must have good proven communication and sales capabilities.
Should be able to have meaningful discussion with an ophthalmologist.
Ability to grasp specialty products and understanding of niche market segments.
Selfmotivated person with proven planning and analytical abilities.
Sensitive and prompt in responding to customer needs and sensitive to market challenges.
Education
Any graduation (B. Sc. Preferred) Preferably degree in Ophthalmology/ MBA Marketing / Sales
Work Experience
Candidate should have 6 to 11 years of experience in the Consumer products industry.
