What we are looking for

We areseeking a Founders Associate who shares the organizations passion for making quality education accessible by transforming female teachers into entrepreneurs of communitybased microschools. This role offers candidates a unique opportunity to contribute to the growth and development of the organization while making a tangible impact on education in Africa.

What does the job involve

• Support the founder in daytoday tasks and key projects such as developing team rituals & routines communicating with advisors and fundraising.
• Take on strategic initiatives that require strategic thinking creative problemsolving and effective execution such as setting up the franchise structure and developing partnerships.
• Entrepreneurial Doer: Demonstrate a whateverittakes attitude thrive on hard problems and embrace the everchanging nature of an entrepreneurial journey.
• Analytical & Structured ProblemSolver: Enjoy analyzing problems capable of structuring them gaining actionable insights and developing solutions.
• Awesome Communicator: Excel in human interactions and various forms of communication including presentations and writing.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years direct experience in building startups companies or supporting high impact organisations in advisory and startegy
• Managed multidiscipline teams of diverse cultural backgrounds.
