Join our highly motivated team in a fastgrowing startup in the heart of Berlin as Team Lead Market Growth DACH (m/f/d)! Your responsibilities will include:

• Overseeing and optimising the financial performance of our operations in the DACH region taking charge of the P&L responsibilities ensuring sustainable growth and profitability (LTV analysis and driving strategies to increase it)
• Analysing the DACH market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities assess risks and develop strategies that align with our business objectives
• Developing and implementing marketing strategies that resonate with the local audience and elevate our brand specifically on offline presence community and PR
• Be the goto person for everything in your market knowledge insights and ways of working
• Oversee project management for offline activations and events
• Navigating the retail landscape collaborating with key stakeholders to ensure effective retail strategies that drive sales and enhance brand visibility

Your profile

• You have completed your studies in International Business Marketing Management or Business Administration; other related fields are welcome!
• You have at least 4 years of relevant experience working in the DACH Region preferably in the food industry
• You are familiar with DACH culture and snacking habits as well as the DACH ecommerce landscape and consumer behaviour
• You have extensive experience in the areas of Brand Management Marketing (online & offline) Retail and Expansion
• You are equipped with excellent German as well as excellent English skills
• You live in Berlin or the surrounding area or are willing to relocate
• You are highly analytical and comfortable with data
• You are passionate about leading a team and helping your employees grow to the best of their abilities
• Your strategic way of thinking handson mentality and communication skills are the foundations of your professional personality
