Overview: We are looking for a motivated and detailoriented Production Supervisor to oversee our production operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing production staff ensuring efficient production processes and maintaining highquality standards. Key Responsibilities:

1. Supervise Production Operations:

   • Oversee daily production activities to ensure efficient and timely production.
   • Monitor production processes to ensure adherence to company standards and procedures.

2. Team Management:

   • Supervise and manage production staff providing guidance and support as needed.
   • Conduct training sessions to improve staff performance and ensure they are aware of safety protocols and production standards.

3. Quality Control:

   • Ensure products meet quality standards by conducting regular inspections and quality checks.
   • Address and resolve any production issues or defects promptly.

4. Production Planning:

   • Assist in planning and organizing production schedules to meet targets and deadlines.
   • Coordinate with other departments such as supply chain and maintenance to ensure smooth production flow.

5. Safety Compliance:

   • Enforce health and safety regulations and ensure a safe working environment.
   • Conduct safety training and drills to ensure staff are prepared for emergencies.

6. Reporting:

   • Maintain accurate records of production data including output downtime and any issues encountered.
   • Prepare and submit regular reports on production performance and improvements needed.

7. Continuous Improvement:

   • Identify opportunities for process improvement to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
   • Implement lean manufacturing principles and best practices to optimize production operations.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Engineering Manufacturing or related field is a plus.
• 1 to 2 years of experience in a production or manufacturing role.
• Strong understanding of production processes quality control and safety standards.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Good problemsolving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in using production management software and tools.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with lean manufacturing principles and practices.
• Knowledge of machinery and equipment used in the production process.
• Basic understanding of inventory management and supply chain processes.
