Job Summary:
As a Technical Recruiter you will play a crucial role in identifying toptier technical talent for our organization. The ideal candidate should have prior experience working in a professional environment.
Responsibilities:
- Delivery: Must be able to consistently delivery strong candidates to our open requisitions
- Talent Sourcing: Utilize various sourcing strategies to identify and attract potential candidates with technical backgrounds primarily Software Engineers.
- ATS Management: Leverage the Applicant Tracking System to efficiently manage candidate pipelines track sourcing efforts and maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and progress.
- LinkedIn Recruiter and Monster: Leverage these platforms effectively to identify connect with and engage candidates. Utilize advanced search techniques and filters to identify candidates with the right skill sets and experience.
- Email Blasting: Design and execute targeted email campaigns to reach out to potential candidates promoting job opportunities and highlighting the companys strengths and culture.
- Candidate Engagement: Establish and maintain strong relationships with potential candidates nurturing them through the recruitment process and effectively communicating the companys values and opportunities.
- Collaborative Partnership: Work closely with Production team to align on the type of candidates needed.
Requirements:
- Proven Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in a professional environment
- Must be able to confidently and professionally read and write in English
- Platform Proficiency: Extensive experience using LinkedIn Recruiter Monster and email blasting tools combined with experience managing an ATS.
- Team Player: Ability to collaborate effectively with recruiters hiring managers and other stakeholders to achieve shared goals.
