Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced SAP S/4 HANA Technical Architect to take on the role of Integration and Development Manager. In this critical position you will be responsible for designing developing and managing the integration of SAP systems with other enterprise applications. You will lead the technical strategy and for SAP projects ensuring seamless integration optimized performance and alignment with business goals.

Job Responsibilities & Requirements

Technical Architecture Design & Platform Management:

• Develop and maintain the overall SAP technical architecture ensuring alignment with business needs and IT strategy.
• Design scalable secure and highperformance solutions for SAP integration with other enterprise systems.
• Collaborate with business analysts functional consultants and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
• Oversee the installation configuration and maintenance of SAP systems
• Manage SAP landscapes including production development and test environments.
• Define and implement cutover strategy.
• Plan and execute Feature Pack Stack (FPS) and Support Pack Stack (SPS) in alignment with S/4 HANA release cycle.
• Define and implement system archiving processes to optimize system performance and storage utilization.
• Ensure minimal downtime and disruption during system changes by following best practices for system administration.

Integration Management

• Lead the planning design and of SAP integration projects including middleware and APIs.
• Oversee the integration of SAP modules (e.g. FI CO MM SD) with thirdparty systems cloud services and other applications.
• Ensure data consistency integrity and security across integrated systems.

Development Management

• Lead the SAP basis administrators development team providing guidance on best practices in ABAP Fiori/UI5 development and other SAP technologies.
• Foster a collaborative and highperforming work environment ensuring the team meets operational goals and project deadlines.
• Provide training and development opportunities to team members promoting continuous learning and improvement.
• Manage the development lifecycle including design coding testing deployment and support of custom solutions.
• Oversee the implementation of enhancements reports forms and workflows within SAP environments.

Project Leadership

• Serve as the technical lead for SAP projects ensuring timely delivery quality and adherence to budget.
• Coordinate with project managers vendors and crossfunctional teams to ensure successful project .
• Manage resources timelines and deliverables to achieve project objectives.

Performance Optimization

• Monitor and optimize the performance of SAP systems and integrations addressing any bottlenecks or issues.
• Implement best practices for system performance including load balancing database tuning and network optimization.

Security & Compliance

• Ensure that SAP systems and integrations comply with organizational security policies and industry regulations.
• Implement and maintain security measures including user access controls encryption and data protection protocols.

Stakeholder Communication

• Act as the primary technical point of contact for SAP integration and development matters.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels including technical teams business users and executives.
• Provide regular updates on project status risks and issues and recommend corrective actions as needed.

Continuous Improvement

• Stay current with the latest SAP technologies tools and industry trends.
• Proactively identify opportunities to improve SAP system performance functionality and integration capabilities.
• Lead initiatives to modernize the SAP landscape including cloud migration S/4HANA adoption and digital transformation.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field; Masters degree preferred.
• Minimum of 810 years of experience in SAP technical architecture integration and development.
• Strong expertise in foundational and integration technologies (e.g. BASIS ABAP Fiori/UI5 SAP PI/PO CPI).
• Proven experience in leading SAP integration projects including middleware and interface development.
• Indepth knowledge of SAP system architecture databases networking and security.
• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g. Azure SAP Cloud Platform) SAP Cloud ALM and SAP S/4HANA is highly desirable.
• Experience with SAP Integration Suite on SAP BTP is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of Business Process Monitoring with Signavio is plus.
• Excellent project management skills with a track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
• Strong analytical problemsolving and decisionmaking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
• SAP certification(s) in relevant areas is a plus.
