Job Description

This is a remote position.

Position Title: Virtual Receptionist/ Customer Service (Part time/ Weekend only)
Work Setup: Work From Home
Salary: 10 to 15k as part time
Schedule: 6am to 4pm Phil time

Our client is a dental clinic located in Sydney specializing in both general and cosmetic dentistry. They offer a wide range of services including dental implants porcelain veneers Invisalign and various general dental treatments like root canal therapy and wisdom teeth removal. Their focus is on providing highquality patientcentered care using stateoftheart technology and a compassionate approach.

JOB DESCRIPTION FOR A VIRTUAL RECEPTIONIST/CUSTOMER SERVICE

Responsibilities as a a Virtual Receptionist/Customer Service:

Handle inbound inquiries and route them appropriately ensuring excellent customer service.
Coordinate and schedule appointments between clients and Dentist ensuring all details are accurately entered into the CRM system.
Reconfirm appointments and provide necessary information to clients / Dentist before appointments
Maintain and update client information in the CRM system ensuring data accuracy and completeness.
Address client questions and concerns promptly and professionally ensuring a positive experience. Handle inbound inquiries and book them in for an appointment with our resident dentist ensuring excellent customer service (cannot miss a call has to be answered at first go).
Work closely with the dentist to understand their schedules and priorities.

Qualifications as a Virtual Receptionist/Customer Service:

Previous experience in customer service telemarketing or a similar role is highly desirable.
Experience in using with CRM software is an advantage
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite especially excel.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage and persuade potential clients.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks.
Ability to build rapport quickly with clients and maintain a friendly positive attitude.
Effective problemsolving skills with the ability to handle objections and address client concerns.
High attention to detail in data entry and appointment scheduling.
