Data Engineer

We are looking for a Data Engineer in Montreal QB Canada. The positions description is given below. It is a Hybrid opportunity (2 days a week in office)


Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree or higher in a quantitative field
• 5 years of experience in a data analysis role
• 3 years of experience in Python SQL and visualization tools like PowerBIx
• A proven track record of decisionmaking and problemsolving based on analytics. Conceptual thinking skills must be complemented by a strong quantitative orientation
• Experienced with AWS and proficient in coding with Spark/PySparkxx
• Strong skills in BI tools and Excel.x
• Skilled in using data mining techniques including supervised and unsupervised learning
• Familiar with Airflow for workflow management.
• Able to collaborate effectively within a crossfunctional matrix environment.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
