Job Responsibilities
- Ensures Mobility practices continue to align with Company goals to achieve business strategy employee value proposition goals and values; and ensures successful execution
- Ensures compliance of global mobility practices in line with legislative and regulatory requirements standards and other known relevant policies and guidelines; works crossfunctionally with corporate tax regarding PE risk
- Oversees daytoday immigration and assignment management processes
- Track & Monitors key data of relocation tax and immigration areas; identifies potential trends and offers cost effective solutions
- Builds and maintains successful trusting relationships with all key stakeholders like HR Finance Branch Managers
- Act as the primary resource of information on immigration tax employment regulations and International Assignment policies and processes.
- Produce relevant reports and analysis
Requirements
- Bachelors Degree in HR Business Finance or relevant business field strongly preferred or equivalent experience.
- At least 8 years of relevant working experience within global mobility specific to relocations assignments immigration while working crossfunctionally with HR legal business stakeholders professional services firm
- Experience in managing complex cross borders corporate immigrationrelated matters; specific countries knowledge in APAC & MEA is a strong plus
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work at both operational and strategic levels
- Experience in leading transformation and process improvement projects
- Able to work under complex requirements and tight deadlines
- Proficient in Mobility developments in the marketspace as well as the future of work
