Job Description

Job Title: Customer Support Coordinator (Onsite some remote may be required)

Location: Pompano Beach/Auburndale FL

Work Authorization: Any (candidate must be authorized to work in the US)

Type: Temporary Project

Estimated Duration: 12 months with possible extension(s)

Earliest Start Date: ASAP

Seniority Level: Mid/Jr.

Requirements:

  • Availability to work 100% at the Clients site in Pompano Beach/Auburndale FL (required)
  • IT work experience in computer systems or support with demonstrated working knowledge of basic hardware and software products (up to 1 year)
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds

Customer Support Technician (Auburndale FL):

  • Troubleshooting experience
  • Experience monitoring and maintaining computer systems using companyprovided tools like Active Directory and Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM)
  • Proficiency in Office 365; MS Outlook MS Excel MS Word MS Teams and Windows 10/11

Customer Support Technician (Pompano Beach FL):

  • Mobile Device support experience
  • Audio Visual support experience
  • Service Center Configuration Manager (SCCM) experience.
  • Virtual Desktop Experience
  • 50% Travel

Preferred:

  • IT Enterprise experience
  • Virtual Meeting Applications experience
  • Governmental experience
  • Enterprise environment experience

Responsibilities:

  • Installs and configures computer hardware software systems mobile devices printers and scanners.
  • Assists in coordinating audiovisual setups and video conferencing support.
  • Identifies and diagnoses hardware software or networkrelated problems and identifies a plan to resolve repair or replace resources as needed.
  • Recommends strategies to increase efficiencies which may include implementing new practices devices and/or software.
  • Collaborates and assists with other areas of the IT department on projects and initiatives.
  • Participates in afterhours (evening & weekend) oncall rotation.
  • Travels to remote locations to provide support as needed.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
