Location: Huntsville AL
Pay Rate: $50.80/HR ON W2
Shift: Ashift 5:00 AM to 3:30 PM
Bshift 3:00 PM to 1:30 AM
Dshift 5:00 PM to 5:30 AM

Description:
- This role is a combination of operations documentation handson work system troubleshooting/data analysis test preparation and execution with at least 5 years of experience.
- Candidate must have strong project management skills and must have led a largescale project from start to completion.
- Candidates need to be skilled in causal analysis and corrective actions to eliminate repeat technical issues. Candidates must have experience in Root Cause defining and the use of causal analysis tools such as 5Why Fish bone and Fault Tree.
- The candidate will be responsible for the operations work instructions procedures design efficiency product flow workstation readiness and engine quality verifications of the BE4 and BE3u engines.
- Candidates can expect to frequently exceed an eighthour workday.
- We are looking for someone to apply their working knowledge technical expertise rocket engines knowledge leadership skills and commitment to mission success in the workplace.
