Senior Lead Digital Delivery

Roles and Responsibilities • Lead the delivery of digital projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely and high-quality . • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and requirements • Drive the development of e-commerce platforms, websites, and digital products to enhance user experience and drive business growth. • Utilize agile methodologies to streamline project workflows and maximize efficiency. - Mentor and coach team members to foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation. Qualifications About You • Bachelor’s Degree or Honors in Engineering / Computer Science / Mathematics / Sciences or Equivalent with 7 Years of experience with minimum 5 years of experience as scrum master or in similar role. • Scrum Certified (CSM or PSM). • Proven experience in digital project management, with a focus on e-commerce and web development. • Strong understanding of agile methodologies and experience leading agile teams. • Demonstrated ability to deliver projects on time and within budget. • Determining and managing tasks, issues, risks, and action items and make this apparent to Project Stakeholders • Excellent knowledge, understanding and proven track record on delivering complex business and technology transformations as Scrum Master. • Knowledge of end-to-end software development life cycle, starting from requirements phase until delivery and rollout preferably on Azure DevOps using SCRUM methodology. • Facilitate Scrum events and ceremonies, such as the sprint planning meeting, daily standup, sprint review, and sprint retrospective. • Ensuring team utilization for Functional, Non-Functional and Architectural requirements.
