Responsibilities:
Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify potential clients through market research networking and cold calling to build a robust sales pipeline.
Client Engagement: Initiate and maintain effective communication with potential clients to understand their needs and present our solutions effectively.
Sales Pitch: Deliver compelling sales presentations and pitches to showcase our products/services highlighting the unique value proposition to potential clients.
Negotiation and Closing: Utilize strong negotiation skills to close deals and secure new business partnerships.
Client Onboarding: Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth onboarding process for clients addressing any concerns or questions they may have.
Relationship Management: Build and nurture longterm relationships with clients to foster repeat business and referrals.
Requirements:
Proven Experience: A minimum of 23 years of successful experience in business development with a focus on meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the industry and market trends to tailor sales strategies accordingly.
SelfMotivated: A selfstarter with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey the value proposition to potential clients.
Negotiation Skills: Demonstrated ability to negotiate and close deals effectively.
ResultsDriven: A track record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets.
Adaptability: Ability to adapt to a fastpaced and evolving business environment.
