Job Description
- Utilize data and market insights to build successful recruitment strategies. Furthermore, you will leverage data analytics and metrics to track recruitment performance and optimize processes for efficiency and effectiveness
- Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, from initial candidate screening to offer, and various recruiting projects, such as ramp-ups in different countries. In that regards, you will come with the out of the box ideas to scout the best talents and build diverse pipelines
- Create and engage with universities and relevant partners to build a robust talent pipeline
- Work closely with all Siemens P&O teams locally, regionally, and globally in different projects and P&O workstreams
- Handle the Localization programs across the countries such as Emiratization and Saudization
