As the leader of the DevOps Team youll be part of a passionate and innovative group driving the
How youll add value:
- Plan and organize quarterly goals and the daytoday activities of the team
- Work handinhand with stakeholders to refine requirements divide work into clear milestones identify blockers
- Research implement and develop new technologies in our infrastructure
- Ensure our security posture is topnotch according to industry standards
- Analyze monitoring data to find inefficiencies and bottlenecks
- Continuously improve the speed efficiency and scalability of our infrastructure
- Solve problems at their root stepping back to understand the broader context
- Communicate and align within and across teams
- Lead and mentor a team of engineers
Youll be successful in this role if you:
- See infrastructure as a product
- Have proven leadership experience
- See DevOps as a culture not just a job title
- Live and breathe Agile: Scrum and Kanban are no strangers to you
- Are proficient in:
- Systems Administration and Network Infrastructure
- CI/CD (ArgoCD GitHub Actions Jenkins)
- AWS
- Terraform
- Kubernetes (EKS)
- Have excellent knowledge of Linux/Unix and key services which make the web work (Nginx Elasticsearch MariaDB Redis etc.)
- Understand the networking concepts (HTTP TLS load balancing/failover and other TCP/IP concepts)
- Have excellent knowledge of monitoring alerting and logging systems (GrafanaPrometheus New Relic ELK Stack)
- Are experienced working with automation tools (Puppet Ansible etc..)
- Have experience with largescale infrastructure
- Have strong understanding of IT security concepts
- Are fluent in English
