Job Description
- Lead the Engineering team for the Service business.
- Provide crucial engineering support to the steam turbine service units in India.
- Manage an engineering competency hub to support assigned global customer units and workload.
- Collaborate with the global service engineering organization to plan service workload, share service knowledge and resources, and develop employees.
- Ensure 24/7 service support for the regional and global steam turbine fleet.
- Provide direction and leadership on service engineering topics for timely resolution of customer issues.
- Collaborate with colleagues from different functions such as Sales, Project Management, Field Service, Tendering, Execution, and Repairs.
- Participate in meetings with customers and suppliers.
