Job Description
Director of Spa
Oversee the daily operations of the spa ensuring an exceptional and unique guest experience that reflects the brands commitment to excellence. This role involves leading a team of skilled spa professionals curating innovative wellness programs and achieving financial targets while upholding the highest standards of quality and service.
- Develop and implement spa policies procedures and service standards tailored to Rixos Premium Qetaifan Island North.
- Manage spa budgets financial plans and control expenditures to meet financial objectives.
- Lead train and motivate the spa team to deliver personalized and memorable guest experiences.
- Design and promote bespoke spa services wellness packages and signature treatments exclusive to Rixos Premium Qetaifan Island North.
- Ensure all spa operations adhere to health safety and hygiene regulations.
- Maintain the cleanliness ambiance and functionality of the stateoftheart spa facilities.
- Handle guest inquiries feedback and complaints with professionalism and care.
- Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to develop promotions that enhance the spas visibility and revenue.
- Stay updated with the latest spa and wellness trends to keep Rixos Premium Qetaifan Island North at the forefront of luxury wellness.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with premium vendors and suppliers.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Hospitality Business Management or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in spa management within a luxury hotel or resort setting.
- Strong leadership organizational and communication skills.
- Indepth knowledge of luxury spa treatments services and products.
- Proficiency in financial management budgeting and revenue generation.
- Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills.
