You are an analytical mind who likes to solve complex problems helping us to advance our business model You are a keen explorer of data which you use to identify patterns and generate insights with significant business impact If so we have the perfect opportunity for you. Our Data Analytics department is looking for a Lead Expert Data Analytics (m/f/d)!
In this role youll be in the drivers seat of guiding fellow analysts to tackle insight generation innovative research & modeling approaches allowing us to fully become a datadriven organization. Your tasks will include:
- Designing and deploying statistical models and machine learning solutions to enhance crucial business decisions (i.e. pricing elasticities onlineoffline interactions)
- Structuring stakeholder requests into concise reports or models and guiding fellow analysts in delivering actionable insights
- Owning the data & reporting landscape of one business area i.e. Marketing and working closely with the respective leadership team to maximize a datadriven mindset
- Supporting senior leadership (incl. CLevel) in developing our onlinetooffline flywheel
- Stimulating new business opportunities through sharp & transparent analysis
Your profile
- Completed studies in the field of Statistics Mathematics Data Analytics or equivalent
- You have more than 4 years of relevant experience in a Data Analyst position working with several business areas. Experience in the area of ecommerce and/or retail is a plus.
- Excellent English skills German is a plus.
- You live in Berlin or the surrounding area or you are ready to relocate for your new position!
- You are skilled in SQL Python or R to quickly access our DWH (mostly BigQuery) and wrangle data as required.
- You have an explorative mind who loves to structure stakeholder requests.
- You possess outstanding problemsolving skills which you use to identify patterns where others just see numbers.
- You equally talk numerical and business language and are capable of working smoothly even with challenging stakeholders.
