Job Description
Growing Billion dollar Company in Robards KY. has a need for aSrMechanicalEngineer. We are seeking a highly motivated and detailoriented ME to join our Engineering department. As a MechanicalEngineer you will play a crucial role in optimizing our manufacturing processes improving efficiency and ensuring quality standards are met.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze existing manufacturing processes/equipment and identify areas for improvement
- Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency reduce waste and improve quality
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure smooth implementation of process changes
- Monitor and analyze process data to identify trends and opportunities for optimization
- Conduct root cause analysis for process failures and implement corrective action
- Bachelors degree in Chemical Engineering Mechanical Engineering or a related field
- 25years experience out of college
- Strong knowledge of equipment/process optimization techniques and methodologies
- Proficient in process simulation and modeling software
- Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills
- Ability to work effectively in crossfunctional teams
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks
- Knowledge of regulatory and safety requirements
