TIMEKEEPING AND BENEFITS ADMINISTRATION
- Prepare timekeeping reports for payroll processing bimonthly.
- Prepare payroll and process government remittance bimonthly.
- Coordinate employee deductions and employee referral program payments to Finance
- Process SSS Sickness Maternity and other SSS benefits as needed.
- Process SSS and PagIbig loans as needed.
- Monitor leaves applications and approvals of employees regularly.
- Enroll new employees to HMO and update their leave credits on their first year at SVEN.
- Coordinate with HMO provider for employee claims seminars and other programs.
- Conduct refreshers and orientations related to HR process compensation and benefits.
GOVERNMENT REPORTS AND COMPLIANCE
- Process remittances and reports for government agencies:
- SSS (R1a Loan and Contribution)
- PHIC (Er3 Contribution)
- HDMF
- Prepare requirements and attend to external audits (ex. DOLE ISO)
- Administer exit process activities such as exit interviews and surveys and communications.
- Lead the review and improvement for the offboarding process.
OTHER DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Process employee document requests (ex. Phil health CSF COE ITR).
- Conduct periodic reviews to identify best practices and necessary improvements to recommend ways to refresh how things are done in SVEN in line with compensation benefits promotions offboarding etc.
Requirements
- Degree in Human Resources Psychology or related field
- With at least 3 years of experience in compensation and benefits
- Excellent organizational skills
- Strong communications and interpersonal skills
- Can must be willing to work onsite if required but will otherwise have the flexibility to work from anywhere
